About

Be treated like a person, not a number.

Legal issues frequently leave individuals feeling like they are dealing with gears in a machine instead of other human beings. As one of Canyon County’s largest law firms, our clients can benefit from the strength and stability of large firm while our personalized approach ensures that you’ll be listened to by someone who recognizes that you’re a person, not a number, and will give you the individualized representation you deserve.

Greg Chaney, Senior Partner

Taylor-Benjamin

Greg grew up in rural Canyon County, Idaho, where his family raised beef steers, replacement dairy heifers, and sheep. His father worked for a local dairyman as a farm manager. In high school, when Greg wasn’t working at home or engaged in a 4-H or FFA project, he was earning money building fence, irrigating, or milking cows on area farms.

Greg graduated from Kuna High School and has a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Boise State University. Greg completed his Juris Doctor degree at Concordia University School of Law in Boise.

Greg served in the Idaho State Legislature for eight years as a member of the Revenue and Taxation Committee and the Chairman of the Judiciary, Rules, and Administration Committee, for which he served as chairman for three years.

Greg is motivated as an attorney by a strong desire to see clients represented fairly, aggressively, and honestly. “Nobody should feel alone, like they don’t have anyone on their side. They should be confident that they have an attorney who is going to put their interests first and foremost.”
